My purchase through PDX was easily, hands down the best transaction I’ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I called from Seattle at 10am, purchased my FZ1 with confidence over the phone based on the excellent pictures of it on the website, and they transported it to my driveway, in Seattle, by 2pm the same day. The bike is perfect, better than described to me, and PDX was extremely fair on the price. 100% satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to family and friends.

Bill was very easy to work with and was available to show the vehicle on a Sunday afternoon.  He was very knowledgeable about the features on the truck, and my research proved that as well.  His inventory is all low mileage, clean title with high end value.  I couldn’t find a nicer vehicle for the year I was purchasing. I recently purchased a 2007 Buell Lightning from PDX Auto Imports.  I was so excited to get it home and ride it, only to find out it had a hidden oil leak. I hadn’t noticed it when I bought the bike and I’m positive that the guys at PDX Auto Imports were unaware of it as well.  When I bought the bike I remembered Bill commenting that they take care of their customers. Since I hadn’t even ridden the bike yet, I decided to call PDX Auto Imports to see if there was anything they would do.  It turns out that Bill is a man of his word.  I was pleasantly surprised when Bill offered to cover the cost of the repair.  I just got the bike back from the shop and I love it.  The guys at PDX Auto Imports really know the meaning of “Customer Service”.  I will certainly turn to PDX Auto Imports the next time I’m in the market for a vehicle. I will definitely be referring friends and family as well.  Thanks again Bill!
